Cancellation policy

What if you wish to cancel a confirmed booking ?  

- For cancellations made more than 90 days before departure we refund 100% (*).

- At cancellations between 89 and 60 days before departure we refund 75% (*).

- At cancellations between 59 and 30 days before departure we refund 50% (*).

- At cancellations between 29 and 15 days before departure we refund 25% (*).

- At cancellations less than 15 days we do not refund anything.

Of course, we always try to work out a constructive solution where possible and possibly work together to find a possible relocation or adjustment of the reservation dates. This of course without any guarantee because a late cancellation often means a loss of income for us.

(*) possibly reduced by the bank fees charged to us. For a transfer within Europe, this is usually 0€.
