Cabo de Palos

36 minutes by car from the apartment is Cabo de Palos. Cabo de Palos is a friendly fishing and sailing center and the ideal starting point for numerous beautiful walks. The rocky coastline is well worth a visit and leads to the beautiful old lighthouse built in 1865.

In the nice port where you very regularly see the fishing boats coming and going, you will find plenty of delicious restaurants. On Sunday morning there is a local lively market with about 100 stalls selling fresh fruit, vegetables and various other goods.
